Four principles.
Tech-agnostic by default.
AI may turn out to be the right answer for an organization's priorities, or it may not. Most engagements help leadership teams reach a defensible answer rather than starting from a tool recommendation.
Senior independent voice.
I do the work directly. No junior teams, no methodology decks generated by people who haven't sat with the client. The work reflects the experience.
AI in the work itself.
I use AI-assisted transcription, synthesis, and drafting tools as part of how I deliver. Demonstrating effective AI use is part of the value, especially in advisory engagements.
Clear scope, flat fees where possible.
Most engagements are flat-fee, with scope changes priced separately at the time the change is made. Hourly billing is reserved for clearly scoped overruns and committee-approved expansions.
